Random complaints
At Caribou we have normal-sized drinks- small, medium, and large. Not Starbucks sizes- Tall (wtf, it is the smallest one, doesn't make any sense), Grande (This one really does not make sense at all since it is in the middle), and Venti (twenty in Italian for a 20 ounce cup but only makes sense for the hot since the cold one is 24). Some people do not realize this when they come in and order with the Starbucks sizes. That would be fine, but the problem is that they often get the sizes wrong. Examples- "I want a tall latte." Me- "small?" Them- "No, large." The fuck???? They also often use grande for large. What do they do when they go to Starbucks and they order a tall thinking they're getting the big one and then they get a tiny one? Stupid asses.
