Sigh, I've barely exercised at all this week! Everyday after work I fall asleep and I don't get up until it's too late because I have to go somewhere. School tomorrow no fuck don't know if did all work shoot me. Didn't exercise today because I was tired when i came home from work and now I feel sick. I hope I don't throw up. Why???

Still have not lost the weight. I ate today a chocolate bundt cake at the Barnes and Noble Starbucks, a strawberry and cream pastry and a peanut butter bagel at Panera, and a cranberry scone at work. I have been feeling so depressed these past few days. I am so tired all the time and have been skipping a few days of working out. And when I do work out, it's not as intense or long as I used to do.
