Well, cross-stitch won my crafty poll by a landslide, so I'm giving it a go. I'm starting off with a little bookmark kit, which seems like a good learning project. Naturally, I picked one with a mermaid on it.

She's done! Woo-hoo!

You know, after I finished the amigurumi Iron Man, I was all, oh, Black Widow will be easy! Her outfit is all one color! Bwahahahahaha. Famous last words, spoken before I had to figure out her hair. Good grief, I combed through three, count 'em, three craft stores looking for something round, white and shiny to use as the arc reactor for the crochet!Iron Man.
