The mermaid is actually starting to look like a mermaid now.
BTW, the needle that came with this kit was absolutely microscopic. I have no idea how anyone could possibly thread it, I certainly couldn't. Fortunately, I already had a set of tapestry needles I used for attaching buttons and stuff, so I was able to grab a slightly larger one to work with.
