Day 2 to departure is done!
We accomplished:- Cleared Housing
- Went to OCB to turn in the keys to his office and say good-bye
- Cleared Tri-care dental
- Cleared Finance
- Went to the flight line and cleared security, ADP, 1SG & Commander
- Picked up flight records and Jim's x-rays
- Said some good-byes to folks at the flight line
- Got my haircut at the mall & bought DJ another video game ( Read more... )

Our Saturday (with pictures)
Every year our unit has an entire week dedicated to honoring the unit, it's past and it's future. (And while I am at it... THANK YOU to all of our brothers and sisters in arms who have or continue to defend our freedoms!) It is a week full of events, memorials, formals, etc... Go Jim, Go Jim.... the chain of command that Jim works for out here in "Baby Nightstalker Country" just awarded Jim another Army Commodation Medal (ARCOM)! This makes his third one I think!
