Did you know that in Michigan, summer starts in mid-March?  I didn't either, but apparently it's so.  Yesterday I wore a long sleeve shirt (with two sleeveless shirts layered, but my usual has been two sweaters and a long sleeve shirt so that was pretty light) and pants and when I walked out the door it was HOT.  I had to stick to the shade ( Read more... )

I am tiiiiiiired. Weddings are a lot of work!!! That's probably true for any sort of event that involves a bunch of people and a ceremony and timing everything just so. But it was a very good time. It was weirdly warm yesterday evening (after raining a bit during the day) and continues to be so today. And by "weirdly warm" I mean I could go outside with two layers of long sleeves and no coat and I didn't feel cold.
