I have started a 101 list, which is something Ris has been doing for years and years. To make up for my recent neglect of Nomsday postings, here is Rainbow Cake in a Jar, and a slew of on-page link to other sorts of cakes in containers. ZOMG.

So, the trouble i have with bread, is that most recipes i attempt make two loaves. About the time i'm finishing eating the first, the second has reached the proper consistency to be used as a football, or a brick. And i hate wasting food like that, so I tend not to make it unless i'm expecting to feed someone else in the process.

First, a win. There's this Mediterranean restaurant near the apartment that is the definition of amazing. I've been there a few times. Yesterday, i took Josh there (if by 'took' i mean i drove, since he paid for it...).
