So, the trouble i have with bread, is that most recipes i attempt make two loaves. About the time i'm finishing eating the first, the second has reached the proper consistency to be used as a football, or a brick. And i hate wasting food like that, so I tend not to make it unless i'm expecting to feed someone else in the process.

Postin' Nomsday early because today is a day for getting things done. Thursday is the Chinese New Year (year of the Rabbit) and, among other traditions, this is the time to clean out all the old dust piles. I've been playing with icing. Icing by spatula, icing by piping bag, and i'm seriously thinking of doing some icing by dipping, or dripping.
