So, I've decided that I'm going to move.

I've found a pretty nice-looking place. The name of the complex is "Reflections At Carollwood". Nice area, I can get FiOS there, nice amenities.

Most importantly, it'll get me the fuck out of Sun Point Lake.

Still no hot water. I went to the office today to complain, but they told me that they already knew about the problem and were working on it. I was rummaging around under the sink while it was draining, and I got sprayed in the face. Apparently, the garbage disposal's steel ring that attached it to the sink has rusted through. So it dribbles when draining normally, and sprays wildly if the disposal is on ( Read more... )

I was coming home from work, and I went through the yellow light on Bearss and North 30th, when I saw a cop with his flashy lights on. I about had a heart attack. They'd previously nailed me for doing exactly that exactly there before. But 40ft of stopping distance at 45MPH? Really? Maybe in an emergency, if I threw all my weight into them.
