Lovely day yesterday with the girls and family. I have new measuring spoons and a scary ghost story, and a juice glass that says "Smart Women Thirst for Knowledge." And my cup did not leak one single drop last night. Also, I may have figured out a good way to get to sleep, mentally. Details at eleven.

So apparently what was wrong with my car was that something (I don't know what) punched a hole in the radiator and it overheated. Which means it isn't covered under warranty, and also that it's going to be hard and long and expensive to get fixed, and GAH.
