I got bored of knitting things in the cheap cotton I bought for the Saturday Market Bag (things I now own made out of that cotton: Saturday Market Bag, smaller bag, three socks, washcloth, bedroom slippers, 1/2 a third bag that I got bored of halfway through) and waiting for the yarn to arrive for the Fetching gloves, so I impulsively started ( Read more... )

So the computer power cord is shorted out in some way. It still mostly works but sometimes not, and if it goes out altogether I got nothin' until the new one arrives, so don't get all excited if I disappear.

I am knitting a mitten and writing a poem.

The mitten is this pattern on size 7 double pointed needles in olive green Lamb's Pride, left over from the newsboy cap I knitted my sister and the little socks I knitted myself.
