Just updated a buncha buncha FAQs to point to the new and shiny Gift Shop instead of the old and dusty Payment Center. 207 has been prettified in the process, and 180 and 46 have been updated to mention the new userpic add-on package, upping the limit to 100 userpics instead of 50.
