In FAQ 46, it says that Basic and Plus users can purchase 'purchase one or more userpic addon-ons'. I think that last word should instead be 'add-ons'.

FAQ 46 needs updating again - the number of userpics on a Permanent account is now 200.

(Is there any way to automate this faq-updatage? The number of Permie userpics is going to tick up by one every three months plus one every twelve months, right?)

Userpics Support volunteers occasionally field questions from users who think they should have gained 100 additional userpics when they bought the add-on space, rather than the actual 100 total (70 additional). Maybe the distinction needs to be ( Read more... )

Several FAQs need to be updated to reflect the increase in storage space/userpics:

FAQ 38 for userpics and storage.

FAQ 46 for userpics.

FAQ 131 for userpics.

FAQ 246 for storage space.

FAQ 183 for storage space.

That should be all, as far as I can tell.

FAQ 46 should have a mention that you cannot get over 100 (+loyalty) userpics no matter how many extra userpic upgrades you purchase ( Read more... )

The summary of FAQ46 was updated with the new max number of userpics (139), but the answer still say 138. Also, Amanda and I couldn't agree whether the "12 months continuous paid time" loyalty userpics required paid time bought 3 months at a time, as the item above, so I'm adding language to clarify that (after asking Abe which it is).
