It was a good weekend. It had a crazy moment or two, but it was definitely a pretty good one. Friday night we had dinner and then watched some television. Around 10 we got the itch to go out somewhere, just to drive or something, and so we drove up to Sonic in Anaheim, and had milkshakes. I think everyone with an annual pass and their brother tried to go to Disneyland today, including me and Sam. Since I was on a mission for pins (and free pins with purchase), once we saw the backup of cars waiting to get into the parking structure, we went back around and went into the Downtown Disney lot instead. We headed out this morning to get a few things done... pick up more food for Katie, return my books to the library, and look around Best Buy and Fry's to see if any PC games tickled Sam's fancy. The weather was great, and we had a nice time down in Monterey. We went to the aquarium and ate at Cannery Row, Sam had a massage, and we stopped at the outlet mall in Gilroy on the way back and got a new rollable case for my 17" laptop, so I can take it on trips easier. Sam's been dealing with a lot of stress and long hours at work lately, so this weekend we're taking a little getaway to Monterey. Got a nice room with an ocean a pool or golf course view, and we plan on visiting the Aquarium tomorrow, and eating some yummy seafood on Cannery Row. Should be nice!

Well, we lucked out and jevim didn't have to work on Saturday, so we packed our things and drove up to the suburbs of Sacramento to have Easter with my friends from High School. Still around :) Just got wrapped up doing other stuff over the weekend. We went to Wal-Mart and picked up an automated blood pressure monitor, so I can keep tabs on my bp and pulse for the doctor.
