We're likely to crash tonight at cognizance's place, so I figured I might copy VG over to my laptop to be able to play it a bit in the morning, before other people wake up. We bought the ice cream attachment for our KitchenAid mixer yesterday, and I whipped up a batch of vanilla ice cream batter to sit in the fridge overnight while the beating bowl froze. I feel like I've been pretty productive today... suitcases are unpacked and put away, except for the one that belongs on the closet shelf. Three loads of laundry done, kitty boxes cleaned/changed and the areas vacuumed up before we brought the girls home.

The weather was great, and we had a nice time down in Monterey. We went to the aquarium and ate at Cannery Row, Sam had a massage, and we stopped at the outlet mall in Gilroy on the way back and got a new rollable case for my 17" laptop, so I can take it on trips easier.
