Spring Desktop cleaning
Got a bit more clutter cleaned up this morning, straightened the sheets on the bed, and tossed the load of whites into the washer (they're drying now). Awaiting the maintenance crew to come through and replace the 13(??!!??) fire sprinklers in the apartment.
The cat cages are out, just in case kitties decide to get in the way, and now I'm just trying to keep busy and kill time till they come. Found a cute photo of sleeping kitties last night in baaaaabyanimals and it became my new desktop background, but with all the icon clutter I could hardly see it. So I went through and organized some of the stuff sitting on the desktop... random downloads of images, music, video clips I found cute or funny. Now I'm running the disk cleanup wizard, then defragmenter, so my computer will be nice and 'squeaky clean' ... ha ha :)
If only cleaning up the apartment were as easy and automated. It is looking better, but there's still lots of room for improvement. But it's sunny today, and that always gives me an energy boost, so if they actually get the sprinklers done this morning instead of at 4pm, I may tackle some other stuff around here too.
