Well, we lucked out and jevim didn't have to work on Saturday, so we packed our things and drove up to the suburbs of Sacramento to have Easter with my friends from High School. Well, dinner turned out pretty good, we both thought. I made Chicken Satay and an approximation of the "Imperial Corn and Mushroom" dish we used to get from the local Thai/Chinese place, when we lived in Costa Mesa.
