I received my "welcome package" by courier today - my background check officially came back clear, so they were officially allowed to finalize my offer. Geez. Only 2 business days until I'm supposed to start, but whatever :). Actually, I got a call on Tuesday about it, so I knew it was coming. Eee! I made a curtain! It's for the tall skinny window beside our front door. It used to have a crappy ugly curtain that would get sucked outside every time you opened the door, but after the break-in we went to Bouclair and bought some fabric to replace it. I came home from work sick today. Friday: beanee (Steph) and Christine came over, we split a 1.5L bottle of wine (0.5L each) in a very short period of time, followed by Steph and Christine each having 2 shots of Goldschlagger (sp?).
