This week is Invisible Disabilities Awareness Week. I like that the idea exists, but it's terribly general. Anything that spreads awareness, I'm for, though.

Ben and Jerry's won't say if any of their flavours are gluten free. They phrase it nicely, but it comes down to the fact that they're too cheap to make sure their "natural" ingredients are always gluten free. Today's Smile: My mother starts her new job on Monday and we went to get food to make her lunch. I had to make her get a package of her favourite cookies. She felt bad because I can't eat them (made with wheat, of course). And when buying herself ice cream cones (the flat bottomed kind I don't care for) she made sure they were gluten free too. So I ate wheat today. I feel like crap. I've wanted to throw up for the past couple hours. I refuse to feel like this for the next three weeks. I refuse. So I went to the doctor today, the internal guy. For those of you who don't know, I have been battling with a wheat intolerance (I think) that I needed to get checked out and officially diagnosed.
