I'm finding it really sad that it seems a lot of people are comparing the death of Amy Winehouse to the tragedies in Norway, and then saying Amy brought it on herself. Yesterday was Simon's 27th birthday and we went for a daytrip to London! The weather was gorgeous and we had an awesome time.

This morning i and a couple of others from my art project went to a gallery (a new contemporary one that's just opened) that's going to take our exhibition at the end of January! I've met the artist who owns the gallery which is useful - i now know two gallery owners in Lincoln!

I stayed at my art group all day today (usually i stay for just the morning) so that i got to meet more people, and afterwards i went to the groups leaders house to see his studio. His work is amazing.

I've been thinking more about The Budget recently, and combined with some stuff i've read analysing it i'm getting more annoyed by it. Other than the obvious cruelty within it, it's occurred to me that some of the cost-saving ideas probably won't actually work.

So the government have decided to give the unemployed therapy to help them get back to work. Right. A psychiatrist is sceptical, as am I. The reason there's a hell of a lot of people unemployed is because there's no jobs, DUH.
