I had a great time today with Judy, Lib, Calvin and Trevor - We headed up to the Blue Hills for a day of hiking and caching Southwest of Boston. I discovered the Blue Hills while looking for new spots to spend the day caching and have loved every trip I've made to the area ( Read more... )

a cacher just logged 5 of my caches. I opened my inbox to check out the logs (one of my favorite parts of geocaching) and found this piece of work on the first two caches:

"found on my way to work. TFTC"

I never even bothered to read the other three. I just deleted them.

how BORING

went out caching yesterday and apparently disturbed a wasps nest -

got stung 7 or 8 times by yellowjackets.

yay.

called my health hotline hb_merlot and he gave me some good advice which i followed, of course - I feel like two stingers are in my fingers (i know wasps don't NORMALLY lose their stingers... but believe me on this, there are two objects in ( Read more... )

so the good news is that i found the missing geocache i posted about previously. It took quite a bit of research - but i found it! cache log

more good news - i bought the kayak! this isn't it exactly, but it's the closest image i can find ..
