This morning we dropped Elsie off at the vet for her (first ever) tooth cleaning and potential molar extraction. My previous vet found that she may have split one of her back molars, though the current vet thinks it may have healed over ( Read more... )

At some point between me getting out of bed this morning and finishing my shower something happened.  I came out of the bathroom to find the whole living area covered with bits of tin foil lined with a thin white paper.

The week-end consisted of:

• 3 meals out
• 3 hours working on a new business name/identity for my cousin
• a hair cut: "Look better, feel better"
  
• installation of a remote control dimmer switch
• Watching of The Black Hole (did not hold up well over time, or perhaps never was that good), Bride and Prejudice, and Toy Story 3 (rated VG)
  

One of yesterday's many events including a trip to the zoo; since the temperature had sprung up to about freezing it was a very pleasant visit and the critters were quite active.

Elsie has no idea the event in store for her.

Every year she gets a bit better, and hopefully while I'm taking photographs Elsie doesn't take the opportunity to pull Amanda's arms off.

Last night my parents stopped in on their way to Thunder Bay and dropped off Miss Elsabeth.

Once again the household is complete!  Yay, dogness!

Because I'm going to be doing a lot of photography, Amanda has agreed to be Elsie's handler.

I should take a picture of Amanda with arms right now, just to remember them.

But it'll be all good!

And we're on our way out!
