This week-end we took a (very) short trip to the zoo.  We wanted to see our new ocelot, and had learned that feeding time was at 10:30 (snow leopards are at 11:30, for those interested) and figured that might be one of the only times the little fellow is awake during the day ( Read more... )

On Sunday viridis_ama and I went to renew our annual zoo membership.

One of the very affordable things leisure activities that viridis_ama and I enjoy is going to the local zoo.  We discovered that the zoo-for-two annual passes (at $55) were almost the equivalent of stealing, so we'd been getting them for years ( Read more... )
