What an afternoon! The cable guy was standing at my door when I got home... I was given a 12pm-6pm window, and got home at around 12:07pm because I got stuck behind a train on my way home from work. It has been steady, amazing snow all day today, and for much of last night too. I was skeptical when I heard 20cm forecasted because it sounded too good to be true, but I think we will be approaching that before the day is out. Wow, what a day! Sunshine and 20 in the shade at 5:30pm. I spent the morning asleep until 11:30, and the majority of the afternoon driving too and fro- grocery shopping for my mom's household and mine, going to the open house to visit mom and pick up the drying rack she got me at a garage sale (thanks mom!), getting fresh produce at the Farmer's ( Read more... )

I think I'm going to try to grow my hair out so that I can go scarf-less again. It was really fun having a little bit of hair- say, two or three weeks of growth.
