You Are a Total Narcissist

Your ego is totally out of control - and you couldn't care less.

As far as you're concerned, you're the most important person in the world - and everyone should treat you as such.

While it's good to have high self esteem, you also have a strong sense of entitlement.

You think you deserve more and better than everyone else.

Are You a Narcissist?

Ah, a quiz after my own heart! What can I say- I really, REALLY love myself.

In other news, I hurt my ankle today. It is quite painful. No rollerblading tonight for me :(

In yet other news, the hardest thing ever to do is put false lashes on with false fingernails. Luckily I do it for my own 'fun', and nobody has to see how unfortunately they may have ended up. I don't understand why they either don't make eyelash glue more sticky and clear, or make the shape of the stip closer to the shape of an eyelid. It's amazing what inferior products are allowed to be manufactured.

In some cases, I am slightly sadistic. I may not actively cause people pain, but I certainly want to laugh at some people's else-caused suffering.

I'm pretty excited for new House episodes starting in September! I hope they don't pull a last year and start the episodes on September 30. That's just frustrating. If something starts in September, it should start in the first week.

After several weeks of sunshine and sunbathing in a row, it is now cloudly and windy. It looks like it's going to rain. Forecasters said it would be sunny by this afternoon, but it's now almost 6pm and no signs of improvement. How will I obtain my daily Vitamin D?

My patience with Scruffy's barking is slim today. Sometimes I wish he would just sit down and be quiet, instead of standing at the window barking at every person, bird, or mouse that runs by, every car that pulls in, or keys that jingle. It gets irritating after a while.

I had a nap this afternoon, and dreamt things far inferior to my dream the other night of galloping across the open plain with hundreds of other people behind me, belting out "Walking in Memphis", with my great solo at the end of the verse which starts with Muriel playing the piano every Friday at the Hollywood. That was pretty awesome. I love that song, I love running effortlessly (which I don't believe I've ever experienced in real life), and I love having "followers".

I went to the Farmer's market today after work, and that girl was working there. I was lucky enough to get her till (there are always two open). She's really my hero. I swear, if she were into chicks (who knows, that's not a question you tend to ask your cashiers... "excuse me, could you tell me where the raspberries are, and whether you're into girls? Thanks."), I would totally go out with her. She always has fantastic makeup, and beautiful dark hair. She's got a real off-beat look to her, and I quite like that. She's also pretty friendly, and I've been through several times so she recognizes me when I come in. You should see her face light up. Today was especially awesome though, because she had a price tag on her hand. Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants, much? Seriously. Awesome.

sunshine, scruffy, weather, quizzes, that girl, house
