My ED specialist re-booked (our appointment was supposed to be friday, and now it's today), so I have my appointment in one hour. I've really dropped the ball on recovery. I took the part where one is to stock all their favourite foods in abundance, and ran with that. I completely forgot/ignored the part where one is also supposed to LISTEN to their body and feed it what it needs, when it is hungry for it.
