The final financial report has been done. $9000 purchase price, plus $41,000 in renovations... $50,000. It is on the market now, and we're asking $69,900. If we get it, that'll be about $20,000 profit, roughly $10,000 each between mom and I. More likely, we'll probably get $60,000 for it, shrinking our profits to $5000 each. Still, not bad.

So it turns out Vancity holds all checks on my account for a week that are deposited through the drive-through. Dumbest thing ever? I think yes. Had I known this, I would have been depositing my checks at the tellers.
