Nic took Bender and Barbie to Whiteman Park yesterday. The report back was that Barbie came back EVERY TIME Nic called her, including when she was digging around in the dirt. I think I'm going to have to retrain Barbie into crating. This overnight toilet training is still hit and miss, and after last night, I have a sneaking suspicion that Barbie is not crying cos she needs to go out and go to the toilet, she is doing it because often I would get up at 5am and let them out and then let them snuggle in bed with me. I went to bed last night, then Mittens started meowing at the door, so I let her in. Then it was Froufrou. I gave up and let her in as well. Nic flew out this morning. I was barely concious to say goodbye. I should really start going to bed earlier. I thought her whistley snore this morning was Barbie crying to go outside but when I got up Barbie was still asleep on the couch. I let her out anyway and she toiletted, and then passed out again. I've decided to buy a new rear wheel for the LHT. I'm getting a Mavic/Alivio from Wiggle for $80 or so. It's not the most heavy duty wheel, but I am not a heavy rider, and so I expect my gear to last longer than gear for a 100kg dude.
