We have at least two viable eggs right now.  OMG.  I'm so happy.  I didn't kill them all.  We might actually get a couple chicks out of this.  Yay:D

Anyone watch Castle for this week?  I <3 Adam Baldwin and Nathan Fillion so much.  Oh my god.  Detective Slaughter was HILARIOUS.

I got a bunch of stuff done including returning the broken shade and meeting with people about a quilt for a preschool teacher and scraping the girls' bedroom floor.  Also went to the library and bought milk.  Woot.  ( Read more... )

I have the whole day at home today.  Hurray!  I am so excited to just have the day at home with no obligations anywhere else.  I plan to write and sew, assuming I can keep my eyes open.

How about if I just talk about potty victories?:) I think DD2 has mastered the daytime potty experience. She has asked to go to bed in big girls panties, but I'm just not there yet. I've been chugging away at the lobster quilt.  I think I will finish it this week.  Wahoo!  The baby was born last week, so I have further motivation to get it done:)

I have recently been friended by 2 conservative Christians that I went to high school with (on Facebook).  I'm thinking maybe there's a reason I haven't talked with them for 15 years.  It turns my stomach to think about interacting with these people.  I'm thinking about deleting them.  I like my cave ( Read more... )
