Despite a few slip-ups, I've lost 10 lbs in the past 4 weeks and today managed to comfortably get my ass into a pair of size 10 shorts. Because of my new job, I changed my status on Livestrong from "sedentary" to "lightly active." It went from saying I should have 1280 calories a day to 1373. I debated putting in "moderate activity" level but that calls for 1738 calories which seems like way too much at this point. It's just not a good start to your morning when you go to have a spoonful of creamy peanut butter for breakfast and there's something crunchy in it. I went very slightly over my calorie goal yesterday - 1368 calories when my goal is 1280 - entirely due to a third glass of red wine. Oh well.
