 Yesterday's totals - 1277 calories (all of them delicious!)

Breakfast - 205 calories - Oroweat Oatnut toast with 1 tablespoon Adam's Natural Peanut Butter

Snack - 220 calories - 16 oz mocha

Lunch - 274 calories - 3 ounces pulled pork and 1/3 cup of basmati rice

Dinner - 785 calories - 5 ounces fillet mignon, 2.65 ounces fingerling potatoes, romaine lettuce side salad with miniscule amount of carrot and onion, a few grape tomatoes, a tablespoon of romano cheese and one tablespoon light ranch dressing. Three glasses of pinot noir (so good. so so good. 2006 Seven of Hearts Dundee Hills Reserve)

Exercise - negative 116 calories - brisk walk

Running total - 1368 calories (went over a bit today, but oh well)
