It's just not a good start to your morning when you go to have a spoonful of creamy peanut butter for breakfast and there's something crunchy in it. Yeeeeeah, I spit it out fast and had a banana instead. Yesterday's calories were 1270 (including a 'fun sized' Hershey's bar - which my PMSing self needed very much) and today is on track.
