On Monday I took a brisk and only slightly Ingress-diverted walk to the shops in the morning so that I could be at home during the afternoon. The engineer who was due sometime between noon and 5:30pm turned up shortly after noon. That left me with an afternoon free, but I managed to not get much done. Up early yesterday morning to get the car to the Chinese Garage for servicing. I got there by about 8:30, which wasn't bad. The 358 bus I caught home took a bit of a diversion, though. The car's sunroof problem turned out to be blockages in the sunroof gutter's drains. My mother's tame mechanic took it away on Friday morning and brought it back in the afternoon.
