How and when will Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick get the boot?

OK, yes, there's a primary tomorrow, go vote yada yada yada, but how many primary races are in doubt?

I will, of course, go vote YES on the Zoo millage, which needs to pass because we need a world-class Zoo.

And of course, lend my vote to Gary Peters.

Question: Several of the Super-Duper Fat Tuesday contests on the Republican side are winner-take-all. What about the Democrats?

Short answer: None.

Google to bring 1,000 jobs to Ann Arbor area

Google Inc. Tuesday announced plans to build an office and research center in Ann Arbor that will have up to 1,000 employees.

Gov. Jennifer Granholm made the announcement in a news conference at the state capitol in Lansing.
