Sushi on boats tonight! It's Steph and Kat's Night of Awesomeness.

Making awesome chilli stuff tonight because I wanted to. There's SO MUCH of it though and I have no idea where I am going to store the leftovers since most of our plastic containers are engaged in storing the leftovers from Tuesday night.

Steph had better know I love her because I am doing something for her that I wouldn't normally do. Which is going to see a very popular movie on opening week. Opening night no less.
Normally I avoid these things like the plague and refuse to go in the first week.
But we'll have fun all the same.
There will also be sushi.

It's funny, I cringe in annoyance everytime someone misuses the word, "natural" or "chemical", but I will happily invent new words, butcher phrases in strange ways and otherwise say stuff wrong and just chalk it up to, "I have a unique way of putting things."

Too many books. So little time.

Yesterday was good. We had dinner at some pub place with the "best international beer selection in Canada." and if this is true, Canada is a pretty pathetic place. Most of their "unusual" stuff was in bottles and the on tap was the usual selection of national brand crap and Granville Island. I am not doing anything or going anywhere tonight. I don't know how I feel about this. It's probably a good thing as I spent most of the day helping Kevin and Fairfax move and am exhausted. I'd probably go somewhere, drink half a beer and then fall asleep by 11 ( Read more... )
