1. I've got a cold. Meh. I was asleep by 10 last night after an evening spent freezing and yawning on the sofa. Then kept waking up all through the night to sneeze and blow my nose.

This morning after Tim did his crossing patrol duty, we met his parents at Morrisons for a big cooked breakfast - a tribute to my Dad as a cooked breakfast at Morrisons was one of his favourite things! We toasted him with our teacups. *sad smile ( Read more... )

Haven't posted properly for a few days. Things are going ok, probably as well as can be expected. Here, below the cut, are photos of Little Three's Clanger, of which she is terribly fond, and also of the fingerless gloves which I have today finished. The gloves are knitted, from a pattern in this month's Simply Knitting in memory of my dad, as I bought the yarn less than four hours before he died. I intend to wear them at his funeral.
