I apparently used my powers for evil and not for good last night: I killed our washing machine. Now the laundromat looms in our future, not to mention the grief of buying a new major appliance. /o\

So, while the rest of life seems like a rotating chore chart, there have at least been some entertainment breaks along the way. Here goes:

You know, I did not realize that Election Day was Nov. 1. I'm so used to it being around the 7th/8th that I forgot about the Monday Halloween implications. Nuts.
