I wish the instructor had told us to bring a laptop or other such device tonight. I just handwrote a few thousand words, with my gimpy hand. And that's half of what I was supposed to write, I used shorthand, left out prepositions and often just plain skipped it. From the living room. Yes, I have the netbook networked. It's sucking down a nice speed from the FiOS router. Happy.

I ordered the netbook last Wednesday. Amazon said it would be delivered on the 11th. Their site showed this afternoon that it had only just arrived in Maryland. I come home and...the netbook is on the dining room table. Sweet.
