I have been craving sushi for days now. I don't think I'll survive the weekend without a delicious roll of some sort, or at least a couple pieces of good nigiri.

Friday I skipped out of work three hours early with hopes of beating rush hour traffic down to my parents' house. Ha. It took me 75 minutes just to get home via bus from the UDist. calmkelp let me borrow his car and I sung along at the top of my lungs to Sleater-Kinney and Built to Spill the whole way down (and back). heathynn and mxtx came over this evening for barbeque goodness. I haven't cooked real food in forever. I barbequed chicken breast and roasted red potatoes, all in a delicious marinade.
