How is it possible that my mother doesn't remember me leaving college at the end of my junior year to move home and take care of the house when she had cancer? I was also raising my niece because my sister was only 21 and had no idea what to do with a baby. How is this the sort of thing that, like, passes under the radar?

Friday I skipped out of work three hours early with hopes of beating rush hour traffic down to my parents' house. Ha.
