Got some interesting gifties. Blythe Spirit sent me a faceplate insert she’d made for the retirement countdown clock she’d given me for my birthday earlier this year. I made papaya parfaits for breakfast, then made veggies and salad for today and tomorrow. Curmudgeon made watercress cucumber tea sandwiches for snacks today and the next couple of days. I forgot to mention that on Saturday we watched the end of the Stars playoff game which went into two overtime periods, then thirteen innings of a Rangers game. I felt like I watched sports all day. Got a call from Mom’s physical therapist and occupational therapist a few weeks ago. The wheelchair that the skilled nursing center ordered for her upon her release and transfer to assisted living almost a year ago was broken and had always been too big for her.
