Ever since the Admiral came home permanently in March, I've been off Live Journal except maybe once a week or so to scan things. St. Thomas came home yesterday with a fever. It was up to 102 (Fahrenheit, you crazy Europeans, he didn't melt!), but Motrin knocked it right down. Unlike other times he's been sick, he didn't sleep the afternoon away and even came down and watched TV and played on the computer. After torrential downpours yesterday, it was clear and sunny today and the big kids (and ConTessa for a bit after her nap) got a lot of outside play time. Wonderful for them, there is nothing quite like fresh air to help clean out the last vestiges of a virus, particularly if the fresh air comes in conjunction with sun.
