So I already legally changed my name and gender. And I'm trying to get financial aid again to go to college. But what do I do to update my info on FAFSA? Since it has my old name and all. For those of you who have done it, what did you do? Did you have a hard time with changing your info?

I'm currently in the process of applying to graduate schools, and most of the applications require that I select my gender, either male or female. I changed my name a year ago, but haven't changed my gender marker on any of my legal documents yet. so i applied for fafsa and i actually put female on my application, just to make things simpler, and also because everything except my driver's license says "F". i guess my license was enough though because i just recieved the whole "registration status form" deal from selective service. so then i figured "ok, why not, i'll just send in the stupid ( Read more... )
