I have a horrible sense of time.  I just realized that the 30th, the date of my audition for 99% Stone, is...a week from Monday.  I have a week to prepare an audition song, and next weekend is completely out because I have a conference for my Reggio Emilia class.  Oh boy.

Next to Normal is a Broadway musical now on tour about a middle-aged housewife and mother with severe bipolar disorder, and how this affects her and her family.  As a warning, it is a very heavy play that realistically portrays severe bipolar disorder (so definitely trigger potential), however I also found it quite moving and powerful and enjoyable ( Read more... )
