We arrived safe and sound back in London yesterday afternoon, about 5.5 hours later than scheduled. While this was rather annoying, it turned out just fine with lines at immigration being much shorter than usual and not having to fuss with luggage during rush hour. As I think everyone figured out by now, my mom, brother and brother's girlfriend came for a week. We did Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at ours, but otherwise, London was our oyster. We got back into our respective London airports (we were on different flights - long story) just after 10 last night and then back at the apartment about midnight.
