Pornistas: Any favorite quinoa recipes?

1. For the Madisonians on here, or anyone, really: There's a place on State Street, called Pel'meni. It's a Russian restaurant--serves potato dumplings that I love. Not only am I new to this community, but I've also never posted to a community before! How can that be?
