This is my first time posting here, although I've lurked and stolen recipes from here for ages, so...

A terrible cat I made out of sugar cookie dough scraps

I was going to make macaroni and cheese, but I got carried away. I don't measure things when I cook (a bad-ish habit I got from my mom), but here's a rough recipe:

1/2 cup of quinoa boiled in 1 cup of waiter for about 13 mins (if there's any water left, just drain it)
1/2 cup cooked macaroni (I used corn macaroni, I'm sure regular macaroni would work just as well)
1/2 or 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
2 tsp sriracha
2 tsp mustard
1-2 tbsp milk
1-2 tbsp parmesan cheese (I sinned and used the crappy grated kind you shake out of a bottle, haha)

Put the quinoa, macaroni and cauliflower in a baking dish. Mix the milk with the sriracha and mustard and pour it over the quinoa/macaroni, etc.
Throw in all the cheese and bake at 350f for 25 minutes.

I made these by mangling a recipe I got from this post.
I substituted molasses for the malt syrup, left out the sugar, used sriracha instead of the gochugaru, and only used 1 tsp of soy sauce because that's all I had (yeahhh I just bsed my way through this)
Surprisingly enough, they still turned out great.
