It's Cupcake Week on Willow Bird Baking! On the last day of Cupcake Camp with my 5 middle school campers, we made Apple Cinnamon Cream Cupcakes. We baked these apple cupcakes in bright red liners. So, since its fall here in Toronto - we are blessed with a bounty of beautiful yummy apples :) Theres nothing like going apple picking on a crisp autumn day and then returning to the house for apple pie and cider :D
