It is reported that Jamie Bell joins that Elton John biopic Rocketman starring Kingsman lead actor Taron Egerton. Jamie will play Elton’s long time collaborator Bernie Taupin. I watched Avengers: Infinity War last night and I love it. Kudos to the directors. They have made an entertaining yet emotional movie with this huge ensemble cast. I finally went to see Wonder Woman, it is very enjoyable. In some way, it reminds me of Roman Holiday. In both movies, the female lead is the real star, but the supporting male lead is also memorable. Both are examples of "love interest being done right ( Read more... )

I think the Oscar ceremony has not been so entertaining for a long time. That WTF moment generated so many memes. I only watched four out of the nine nominated best pictures: Arrival, Hidden Figures, La La Land and Moonlight. I don't dislike La La Land.
