The place has been where Gary was so ill, and then discovered he has an incurable disease for the rest of his life. So, I worked Monday to Friday this week. Two nights I worked late night on my own, which meant closing up shop on my own two nights in a row for the first time. First night I almost crapped my pants. I worked Saturday, and had a really rather good day. It was very quiet in the shop, in fact, due to the lovely weather. My manager called me into the office to chat about my progress so far, and told me he was very pleased with hiring me, which is always good to hear! So I've been at my new job a week now. And I'm enjoying it. I think. I'm just taking longer than I thought to settle in. I'm learning fast in some aspects and slow in others. Yesterday Gary's parents gave us some money for Easter. So we went and got a takeaway and a movie. We rented Disturbia which we both really enjoyed. I gasped and stuff in the appropriate places and it was very enjoyable. I really like Shia LeBeouf. Me and Gary loved watching Even Stevens when it was shown on the tv. Such a great actor. So I grew up in the South East of England with my Mum, Dad and older Sister and we were happy. We lived sensibly - by that I mean we weren't spoiled, but he had everything we needed.
